Returns Policy

Change-of-Mind Returns

Luminexis may accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals and included components are returned with the item.

  • The customer contacts Luminexis at customerservice@luminexis.com.au before returning the item.

  • The customer arranges and pays for return shipping.

Change-of-mind returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Luminexis is not responsible for change-of-mind returns that are lost or damaged in transit before being received by us.

Refunds for Approved Change-of-Mind Returns

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Should your change-of-mind return be approved, a refund for the eligible purchase amount will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

This change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Should your item arrive damaged, be faulty, be incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at customerservice@luminexis.com.au so we can assist you with an appropriate remedy.

Products returned under the Australian Consumer Law do not need to be in their original packaging.

Where a product is confirmed to have a problem covered by the Australian Consumer Law, Luminexis will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.

Late or Missing Refunds

Should an approved refund not appear in your account, please check with your payment provider and financial institution, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be provided where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise eligible for a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
